Funny who you meet in Perth!

Andy was in Perth Station Hotel on business when he bumped into Dorothy Rodger regional fundraiser for Cancer Research UK.

It was a good chance to get a photo after Jen's Cancer Trust donating £2,000 to CRUK.

We asked that the £2,000 be restricted for use into reach of Kidney Cancer on this ocassion.

Ayesha's Appeal, Breakthrough Breast Cancer & Macmillan Cancer Support

On Saturday 4th October Jen's Cancer Trust invited representatives from the three Cancer trusts, charities and organisations to come along to a gathering of local Campsie supporters of Jen's Cancer Trust where we were delighted to donate some money raised over the last few months to these great causes.

Calum's Cabin

On Wednesday 26th March Jens mum handed over a donation of £2000 to Calum's mum Caroline and his dad Duncan. 

In 2006 Calum Spiers was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. Sadly Calum lost his battle with cancer 13 months later but as his family say,

"Calum was an inspiration to all who knew and met him. Calum always laughed and smiled, and tried where possible to make a joke out of all situations.  Calum’s main priority was always to think of others."

Calums Cabin is a countryside retreat, where children living with cancer and their families can have a holiday and enjoy the beautiful surroundings on Bute.
